Complete the form to request a hall let. Please give as much information as possible. Once the hall let request form is completed. You should Agree that the information given is true, date the Application and then click submit to the Church Office, Orchardhill Parish Church. If your Application can be accepted, a Hire Agreement will be sent to you for signature and should be returned to the office with your booking fee. No contract will exist between you and Orchardhill Parish Church until the Hire Agreement has been signed by you and then signed on behalf of the Church.
